Adapting in the face of the rapidly evolving AI landscape | Issue #11 | The M&A Insider

We’ve seen confidence returning following a subdued 2023, with marketing investment up and more M&A activity at the lower/mid-level of the market.

There is a good supply of both trade and private equity buyers in the market, however, many are preferring to focus on fewer, bigger deals rather than undertaking a series of smaller acquisitions.

Agencies who invested in their own marketing last year, and have evolved their services/offering in light of AI development, are performing the best. The outstanding ones have built their own proprietary tools and data analytics capabilities. Although the key fundamentals that underpin a successful agency are still: having a clear vision/plan; strong culture; financial/commercial intelligence and continually evolving their offering to remain relevant to the ever changing media and technology landscape.

We’re hosting an event on 20th March covering these topics, find out more information about it below.

18th april - lights, agency, action! A spotlight on success

Managing Partner, Dan Archer, is taking to the stage for the upcoming Agencynomics x Actuate conference in Manchester.

Tired of attending conferences where you come away with lots of ideas but no actionable advice, the teams at Agencynomics & Actuate have asked Dan and all of the other speakers to talk about one thing attendees can take away and implement within their agencies to move them towards growth and success.

Dan will be talking about "The Marketing Fingerprint" and the power of being unique.

If you'd like to hear what the speakers have to share, there are still a handful of tickets at early bird prices available, grab yours now before the price increases.
