For just £1,800 per month, you’ll have 1:1 support to help transform your agency and deliver high-quality services with confidence.
The price includes an initial audit of your agency and organisational delivery structure on month one and then monthly support for a further11 months.

Strategic Project Management Training Course
Our 'Strategic Project Management' course will equip Project Managers with essential skills for success. Covering methodologies, KPIs, client management, and revenue forecasting, each module provides practical tools for thriving in Digital Agencies.
The course has been designed to support Project Managers of all levels or anyone looking to upskill into this role from another discipline.
Over six months, the course will cover:
Project Management 101: Going back to basics to learn best practices and use cases of project management within agencies.
Account Management vs Project Management: Defining the difference between the two roles and how they work collaboratively.
Commerciality: Why understanding the commercials of your agency is vital to success and how to forecast effectively.
Fixed Pricing Projects: Managing fixed price projects from beginning to end, managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Retainer Projects: Proactive planning and roadmapping for retained work, for a happy client and a happy team.
Time Management: Common challenges faced by managing multiple people’s time and how to overcome them.
Alongside the monthly group learning sessions, you will also receive a monthly half hour 1:1 check-in, lifetime access to the recorded content, exclusive access to tried and tested Cactus templates and peer support in a dedicated private group.
The next course kicks off in June, hosted remotely. The fee is £179 + VAT per month, for six months, or £999 + VAT if paid in full in advance. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
