Spencer founded digital agency Bluhalo and oversaw 1,100% growth between 2002-2007, becoming a Deloitte Tech UK fast 50 company.
Spencer successfully sold the agency to Gyro International in 2008.
After completing 2 years of an earn out, and having taken Gyro/Bluhalo to the top 10 UK digital agencies, Spencer co-founded Cact.us alongside Peter Hoole.
A co-founder of both The Agency Collective and Agencynomics, Spencer is passionate about helping agency owners successfully scale their businesses and achieve their ambitions.
Peter helped grow Bluhalo to become the 12th largest digital agency in the UK with a turnover of £12M.
After Bluhalo was sold to Gyro International in 2008, Peter co-founded Cact.us to advise and support the next generation of creative agencies.
As well as co-founding The Agency Collective, offering networking and support to smaller agencies, Peter also co-founded Agencynomics.
Peter has worked tirelessly since his exit from Gyro to support the independent creative sector and is one of the industry’s most well respected characters.
Mark is our Managing Partner, based in Edinburgh, who works around the UK as a non-exec supporting some of the UK’s fastest growing agencies.
Mark’s passion is collaboration and helping agency owners to achieve their goals.
As well as being an Ambassador to The Agency Collective, Mark is also a mentor with Creative Edinburgh and Managing Partner of Agencynomics.
Mark’s areas of agency expertise include Accounting, Auditing, Financial and Strategic Management, Tax Strategy, M&A advice, Systems Implementation, Process Improvement, HR and Legal.
Karl is an entrepreneurial marketer with a track record of starting, growing and selling businesses. He has over 20 years experience working in the UK, US and Singapore on both the agency and client side.
After founding and successfully exiting one of the UK’s fastest growing agencies, Cognito, Karl is now using this experience as an agency mentor and executive business coach.
Karl is also a qualified Henley Business School coach and a mentor for Microsoft Ventures helping their tech start up community.
