I'm currently reading Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff... It's an awesome book that focuses on the social dynamics and neuro science of pitching, he calls it Neurofinance. Oren talks about owning the frame when pitching and how to ensure you maintain alpha status while using intrigue and anticipation to get the buyers chasing you. I'm only 1/3 way through and it's already changed my approach to pitching.

I haven't read Pitch to Win but it looks like it would sit along Oren's book well...
